Requirements:
1. Certification Coordinator
• Working Knowledge of:
- Piping and pressure vessel codes and quality standards (e.g. MIGAS regulations, ASME Section VIII Dn 1/Dn 2, ASME B31.3, and ISO 9001)
- Piping fabrication methods, welding processes and NDE techniques including evaluation methods
- Piping, Isometrics and shop Drawings
- SKPI, SKPP and SKKP processes
• Good oral and written English language skills with Bahasa Indonesia skills an asset
• Well versed in safe work practices
• Minimum ten (10) years experience in oil and gas industry out of which at least 5 years working experience in the capacity of certification co-ordinator involving MIGAS certification works representing a major Oil and Gas Company operating in Indonesia
2. Quality Manager
• Bachelor degree in Engineering or Science preferred
• Minimum 15 years of experience associated in Quality Management / Quality
Assurance and Quality Control, coordination of quality activities within Engineering, Construction, Commissioning and Start-up projects of various facilities in the Oil and Gas Industry with minimum 5 years of experience as Project Quality Manager
• Previous experience with auditing quality management systems. Lead auditor qualification preferred
• Worldwide experience with contractors and vendors, in particular those involved in the construction of offshore and onshore oil & gas production facilities
• Strong management skills with extensive QA/QC experience in responsible roles for major oil & gas engineering & construction projects
• Knowledgeable in facilitating efforts to resolve interfaces issues and coordinate multiparty (project and stakeholder) QA objectives
• Experience with project completions and document for operations turnover
• Knowledge of Company Management Systems (including OIMS and EMCAPS)
• Good spoken and written English required to develop & review company and Contractor Quality procedures and plans, facilitate interface meetings, and prepare report to internal and external stakeholders, PLT, EMDC PM&E Regional Quality Advisor, etc.
• Good communication skills
• Client representative experience in Indonesia, knowledge of MIGAS Certification processes and programs, and fluency in Bahasa Indonesia are preferred
3. MICC Engineer
• Technology or Electrical Engineering Degree or equivalent with 5+ years working experience as a professional engineer
• General knowledge of automation, control systems and INtools database
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite of software programs, Lotus Notes, etc.
• Read, write, and speak fluent English, especially as required to function effectively within a project team and to communicate with project management, contractors, and sub contractors
• Able to deal with deadlines, work load and able to put priority to frequent changes
• Experience in construction environments providing support to installation & commissioning of field instruments and wiring
• Experience in building control systems including fire protection systems, gas alarms, telecommunications, etc.
4. Earthen Dam Eng Specialist
• Broad and extensive knowledge of:
- Design standards, specifications, codes, and appropriate safety criteria
- Earthen Dam, Buildings, and HVAC facilities and structures design, construction, and operations
- Limnology issues and design considerations
- Engineering administration
• Bachelor of Science Degree in an engineering
• 15+ years of closely related professional experience, 3+ years of which should be at the project engineering / engineering management level
• Strong organizational, management, and technical judgment skills
• Ability to adapt to tight deadlines, heavy workloads, and frequent changes in priorities
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite of software programs, Lotus Notes, etc.
• Read, write, and speak fluent English, especially as it applies to technical and business communications
5. Site Communication Coordinator
• University graduate in economics, sociology, psychology, public relations, political science, business and/or equivalent field work experience
• Minimum 2 years related experience with actual crisis/problem negotiations and communications experience preferred
• Fluent spoken and written English/Indonesian language skills (strong verbal and written communication skills) with ability to communicate in Javanese an asset
• Ability to meet persons and to establish and maintain productive working relationships (strong interpersonal skills) with good administrative, reporting and analytical skills
6. Mechanical Static Equipment Engineer
• Knowledge of:
- Mechanical engineering design principles and manufacturing processes
- Applicable codes, standards, and trade practices
• Experience in factory performance and acceptance testing
• Knowledge and experience in the selection and application of mechanical design analyses hardware and software
• Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering
• 7+ years of closely related professional engineering experience, 3+ years of which should be at the Senior Mechanical Engineer level
• Role as Project Engineer or Lead Mechanical Engineer for a large onshore project (desirable)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite of software programs, Lotus Notes, etc.
• Read, write, and speak fluent English, especially as required to function effectively within a project team and to communicate with project management, contractors, and sub contractors
7. Site Construction Lead
• BS/MS in Engineering
• Good coordination and interface capabilities
• 10+ years industry experience
• 5+ years project experience
8. Construction Area Superintendent
• Bachelor of Science in Engineering
• Good written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate at all levels from senior management to field labor
• Good technical and supervisory skills
• Minimum of fifteen (15) years broad experience in all project phases, i.e. engineering, procurement and construction, would have at least ten (10) years specific involvement in major process facilities
• Minimum of five (5) years as a Construction Manager
• Minimum of five (5) years Middle East experience
• Worldwide experience with contractors and vendors, in particular those involved in the construction of onshore facilities
9. HVAC Specialist
• Degree in engineering
• 5+ years of closely related professional experience
• Knowledge and experience with:
- Design standards, specifications, codes, and appropriate safety criteria
- HVAC design including Utilities (plumbing, building services piping, building fire protection, other building related services), construction, and operations in buildings, industrial facilities and structures
• Strong organizational, management, and technical judgment skills
• Ability to adapt to tight deadlines, heavy workloads, and frequent changes in priorities
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite of software programs, Lotus Notes, etc.
• Read, write, and speak fluent English, especially as it applies to technical and business communications
10. Civil/Structural Support-Field Facilities
• Broad and extensive knowledge of:

- Offshore facilities and structures design, construction, and operations
- Engineering administration
• Bachelor of Science Degree in an engineering
• 15+ years of closely related professional experience, 3+ years of which should be at the project engineering / engineering management level

11. Commissioning Lead Onshore
• A minimum of 15 years relevant work experience in Engineering, Construction or Commissioning of oil and gas project facilities or related industries and/or operations of upstream/downstream oil and gas facilities, including a minimum of 2 years work experience as a Systems Completion/Commissioning Lead in a similar size and complexity project
• Working knowledge of ExxonMobil practices, processes, and expectations with respect to mechanical equipment, piping, electrical, instrumentation and control systems completions and commissioning
• Direct "hands on" experience in project commissioning activities of similar size and complexity
• Experienced in working in an H2S environment
• Overseas experience is desirable, but not required
• Demonstrated excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively with project personnel
• Good communication skills and good facilitator with the ability to build consensus in areas of contention while enhancing work relationships
• Ability to work in harsh environments and in stressful situations
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and other related soft-ware
• Demonstrated willingness to relocate to engineering office site, work site and other sites as required for the Banyu Urip onshore projects completion/commissioning.
12. Civil Structural Gen Eng Specialist
• Broad and extensive knowledge of:
- Design standards, specifications, codes, and appropriate safety criteria
- Offshore facilities and structures design, construction, and operations
- Engineering administration
• Bachelor of Science Degree in an engineering
• 15+ years of closely related professional experience, 3+ years of which should be at the project engineering / engineering management level
