PROJECT PLANNING MANAGER
• Project management certified or trained
• S1 in civil/mechanical/Electrical engineering, 35 years old above.
• Experiences in EPC project ( Engineering, Procurement, Construction), 1.000.000 hours above
• Proficient in Microsoft project software
• Experienced in handling project planning level 4, 2000 lines or more ( 2000 lines of work tasks at level 4 breakdown) across discipline (Civil, Electrical, Mechanic)
• Must demonstrate that he already built-up a WBS ( work Break down
Schedule) from bottom up ( must bring an example at the interview)
• Must demonstrate that he already knows how to handle tasks follow-up, and planning updating
• Must be field oriented, able to conduct inquiry and probing
• Able to work under pressure, goal oriented, deadline oriented
• Experienced in dealing with subcontractor’s planning managers/project managers
