1. Area Supervisor (AS)
Your role:
• Achieve store’s sales target
• Analyze sales reports
• Lead the operation team
2. HR & GA Supervisor (HRS)
Your role:
• Handle recruitment, training, industrial relation, general affair, personnel administration, payroll and customer service
3. Visual Merchandising Supervisor (VMS)
Your role:
• Organize & manage the store’s display layout
Requirements:
• Male/Female, max 28 years old, minimum Bachelor Degree for fresh graduate or minimum Diploma 3 with 1 year experience
• Graduated from any discipline (1)
• Graduated from Psychology / HR Management / Law with knowledge in Recruitment / Training / Personnel Administration / Industrial Relations (2)
• Graduated from Architecture / Interior Design / Graphic Design / Visual Communication Design with the ability to operate software: Freehand, 3D Max, Photoshop, Corel Draw, Illustrators and MAC (3)
