BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION (SENIOR) – Ref: BAINDO 0511
REQUIREMENTS:
• Maximum 35 yrs of Age
• Diploma or Degree level, Based in Jakarta area
• Minimum 3 Years experience in Business Administration Order Follow up and data processing
• Logistic Organization and Control experience
• Very good MSO Excel, Word and Power Points skills
• Able to manage independently
JOB DESCRITPION:
• PO Follow Up with Vendors and Subsidiaries (Customers)
• L/C and Payments Handling with Banks and Suppliers
• Ensures the contracted obligations of the suppliers are systematically respected.
• Manages consolidation and shipping. Estimates the costs of shipping.
• Optimizes the ratios volumes/costs of delivery
• Ensures correct transit and customs documentation is timely remitted to customs broker.
• Updates Business Process with inputs local performances of logistics service providers.
• Continually suggesting improvements in service (efficiency, quality and condition or products delivered) and costs.
• Ensuring information is relevant (updated) in relation to orders and deliveries.
• Ensuring, in co-operation with IHTM and Conforama, training of suppliers in “how to supply”.
• Weekly and Monthly Report Handling for HQ and Internal Team
QUALITY ENGINEER - Indonesia/Malaysia- Ref: QEINDO 0511
Qualification:
• Maximum 35 Years Age
• University degree level, Major QC/QA or production management
• Will be Based in Jakarta - Indonesia
• Ready to do EXTENSIVE TRAVEL
• Experienced in Furniture product / processing/ quality ,minimum 2 years similar position in European Sourcing company, with production experience
• You will be in-charge of supplier evaluation, product definition, tests and product quality assurance.
• English speaking MUST
